The building is a construction of the 1561, and the terrace was annexed in the 1700s. The
palace was bought in September 1986, and entire restoration from ruin, starting in 1986 to a
luxury hotel of 30 rooms, ending in march 1991. The restoration has preserved all of the
palace?s original spaces and details, most dating from the 16th century, while incorporating
modern comforts in an unobtrusive way. The hotel has 4 inner courtyards full of potted plants,
each with a running fountain, immaculate, quiet, relaxed, opulent, distinguished and private.
